Seeking Experienced Cyber Security Specialists to Serve with the Maryland Defense Force

The Maryland Defense Force (MDDF) Cyber Defense Unit (CDU) (https://military.maryland.gov/mddf/Pages/whoweare.aspx), a volunteer organization of the Maryland Military Department (MILDEP), is actively seeking volunteer cyber security professionals to serve alongside the Maryland National Guard.
Candidates must have hands-on, mid- to senior-level professional experience with a mix of the following skills:
* Incident Response
* Targeted Attack Detection / TTPs / Analysis
* Threat Hunting
* Penetration Testing
* OS / Network Hardening
* Host / Network Forensics
* IT Infrastructure / Network Protocols
* Red Team/Blue Team Exercises
Requirements
* Visit U.S. Army Enlistment Weight Requirements (https://www.military.com/join-armed-forces/army-weight-rules.html) to make sure you qualify
* Ability to commit 20 hours/month, including the second Saturday of the month (8 hours)
* Must live in the State of Maryland or an adjoining state (PA, DE, DC, VA, WV)
Highly Desired Skills
* DoD 8750 IAT Certifications and a DoD Security Clearance
