@Prasan I am a bit confused in what you are asking and probably just need some clarification.
When you say you have a background in pharmaceutical it makes me think of someone who directly interacts with drugs on some level, whether it be sales, in a lab or what have you. To my knowledge the HCISSP is a certification for someone who focused of securing informations relating to the health care industry. So I am not sure where said background intersects with security or even IT in general for that matter. If it does please expand on this so people can better advise you, but it seems like two different areas to me.
