GS13 ISSO Position at US Dept of Education

Those degree requirements seem unlikely, plus they are not mentioned in the GS-13 announcement as linked on USA Jobs .Please provide your source for that claim.

Do you have IT incentive pay?  DOS has 10 or 15 percent, depending on the certification.

The Education requirements are if you have no experience relevant to the grade.  Also, a recent executive order requires OPM to look at experience as a primary driver for all positions.  More information can be found here:

Unfortunately, at this time we do not.  It is in our strategy to implement but we don't have a date as of yet.

Wanted to add, there is also a new "cyber" IT incentive pay that is 25%.
