In the same vane, we have all heard what a security talent shortage there is but myself and a lot of others I hear of cannot find employment. Personally, I can do anything that is needed, so I feel it's the bad job description and poor hiring practices that are really creating the shortage. I don't think it's real I think it's more of a poor HR problem. Has anyone else seen this type of thing?
