We are seeking two Security Control Assessors to support our client in Washington, DC.
Active Top Secret clearance required.
You will be supporting FOIA and Center for Analytics independent assessments.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) – The primary technology is a COTS product called FOIAXpress. In addition, there will be some machine learning technology called Technology Assisted Review (TAR).
Center for Analytics – There is a host of technology that will make up this effort. For infrastructure, it is planned to be based on Microsoft Azure Government – IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS (Blob and Table Storage, various virtual machines running the latest Windows server OS, No SQL, etc.). It will likely include ETL, Data Quality, and lineage processing tools as can be available thru Microsoft Data Factory services. This environment will also include analytics tools such as Python and R (and associated libraries). Presentation layer tools will likely include Tableau and ARC GIS (analytics/presentation).
*Experience testing Cloud systems
*Independent Verification and Validation experience
*Pre-assessment duties, remediation verification and the full A&A on the initial build.
*Authority to Operate will be based on the initial build and may include security documentation finding (s), until all security documentation is created.
*Targeted assessments on both systems, incremental builds until completely developed, assessed and authorized.
