I'm encountering an issue with ISC2's Skill Builder platform, and I'm hoping someone here might be able to help or provide some insight.
I recently passed the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam and became a member of ISC2. I've paid my annual fees and am now trying to earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits by enrolling in courses on Skill Builder. However, every time I try to register for a course, I receive a failure notification.
I've already reached out to the ISC2 support team via email, but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this problem. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
