ISC2 Insights Quiz CPE Not Auto-Added

Hi everyone,

I completed an official ISC2 Insights CPE Quiz on around 23 Jan, I can see the award has been issued successfully in my account.

According to the quiz page, these CPEs should be automatically added to the CPE total. However, I don’t see the credits reflected in my CPE dashboard yet.

I also attended the “ISC2 Guide to Membership” webinar on Nov 19, which mentioned auto-crediting of CPEs, but that does not appear in my CPE records either.

Just checking is there a sync delay, or if manual submission is recommended in such cases.

@zixiangzann On CPEs that are added on your behalf, I would give a couple of weeks for their processes before concerned. In the years that I have been earning mine, I had one that did not ever appear on a quiz. When I contacted ISC2, they told me to wait a couple of weeks, and if it did not appear to add it myself. I did end up having to add it to mine. It is good that you are working on them and keeping track. This is one reason that when people wait until the end of their cycle that CPEs added on our behalf are a bit scary to achieve that goal because waiting for them to apply.
