Can college courses be used for CPEs?

I have taken several college courses(23 to be exact) over the last 2 years since obtaining my CISSP. Can those courses be used to fulfill the renewal requirements for my CISSP? Those courses took more than just hours to complete.

I've also since then completed my CCSP but it's pending endorsement processing completion.
