Hi All,

I recently attended a firewall course arranged by my employer (in work time). As this isn't "self-directed" learning as stated in the CPE handbook can I still submit CPEs for this course (17 group A (Security: Firewall, IPS, DLP, UTM), 11 group B (Infrastructure: NAT, Routing HA etc)

believe you can, under "education coursers and seminars". 

under the new system, you have to wait for a week to submit, using "submitted on behalf", and using "request for assistance" (there is no "submit" button), then hope for the best.

all the new designs seem to be as non-intuitive and non user-friendly as  possible ...

@wintermute Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you may submit the training (one submission) for 1 CPE per hour of attendance. If the training was mostly Group A, please only submit under Group A.
