According to the ISC2 2023 Workforce Study, women represent only 26% of the cybersecurity workforce in the ’30 years old’ and under category, with even lower numbers within older groups. And yet, the workforce gap has reached a record high, with 4 million professionals needed to adequately safeguard the world’s digital assets.
