I’m taking the exam in a month. I have a pretty good grasp with main concepts of each Domain. Looking for someone who wants to do cram sessions for the next 3 weeks. I have paid my AMF and completed the required 120 hours to recertify for another three-year cycle. I fulfilled these requirements around September or October 2025. However, my certification has not been extended through 2029 as expected.   I have submitted multiple inquiries through the “Contact Us” form. A Customer Experience Advisor informed me that once my AMF was paid, my certification would automatically renew. I paid the AMF last year, but my renewal has still not been processed. I was also told that the earliest payment could be accepted was May 2026, which is not accurate, as I was prompted to submit payment prior to December 2025.   I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
