I have paid my AMF and completed the required 120 hours to recertify for another three-year cycle. I fulfilled these requirements around September or October 2025. However, my certification has not been extended through 2029 as expected.
I have submitted multiple inquiries through the “Contact Us” form. A Customer Experience Advisor informed me that once my AMF was paid, my certification would automatically renew. I paid the AMF last year, but my renewal has still not been processed. I was also told that the earliest payment could be accepted was May 2026, which is not accurate, as I was prompted to submit payment prior to December 2025.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I am concerned about potentially losing my certification due to what appears to be an administrative oversight.
Unfortunately there is much we here on the community can do other than ask one of the admins ( @mariatirado ) to forward to the right folks internally.
