I provisionally passed my CISSP last Wednedsay on the 27th. I am still waiting for the email from ISC2. I was wondering if this is normal or if I need to contact someone.

I suspect you will get something this coming week. Remember that this past week was US Thanksgiving and many US firms close for the holidays.
Additionally, I believe they state, that confirmation can take up to one week.
