CISSP exam retake offer

Hello All, I have bought CISSP examination voucher from ISC2 on 28th April 2022 and its' validity is 1 year. If I register now from person's website and give exam by October and In case I fail, will I be eligible for the retake?   Regards, -Bharat Pawar

However there are conditions.  If you take exam between Sept. 1 and October 31 and fail, you must do the re-take by December 31, 2022,

I have my exam date booked for 31st Oct , voucher bought in Oct , will I be eligible for retake if god forbid I fail . This is my first attempt
