Frankly ISC2 isn't great at keeping up books for Certifications that don’t seem to do great numbers.
Unfortunately, it’s a little difficult to gather information on how many folk have a given certification as ISC2 has become less transparent in the last couple of years:
https://community.isc2.org/t5/Member-Support/Members-count-page-not-updated/td-p/57017However it is possible to look a little more deeply at the data as there are recent archives which you can extrapolate from with numbers as recently as late 2022 and perhaps make inferences as to the health of a certification(for reference HCISSP was binned and the last member count was around 1.5k). Last number I see for CAP is 4,157 globally, so I’d say it’s better off that the old CISSP concentrations as of a year or two ago.

In terms of what is available… There are flash cards, and an exam outline and a flashy marketing PDF with lots of happy looking people(probably they had big training budgets or were well off so they could afford Instructor led training…):
