On August 1, 2022, (ISC)² will refresh the CCSP credential exam. Eyeballing, the most significant changes seem to be an increased focus on SDLC (4.3 in the new outline), and DevOps (1.4).

We're working on a Domain Refresh Guide and will have that published in the new year.

Hi Kaity,

Has this CCSP Domain Refresh Guide been posted? Had a quick look and can only see the typical Exam Outline, which I don't believe is the same thing?

Cheers.

Hello @Narsil,

We actually made the decision in 2022 to no longer create Domain Refresh Guides for the exam updates. The 2019 and 2022 exam outlines are both available to make comparisons between.

Thanks for the fast reply.

That's a shame. 😞 They used to be SO good.

The CCSP looks to have minimal changes, and sounds like the text books won't have new editions published as part of this, just a refresh to official training course materials.

For any future readers of this post, I've found the two exam outlines here:

I assume you meant CBK, and if so, the newest 4th edition stock has been delayed in many locations till around Nov or Dec this year. The last one felt like it was delayed nearly a year, so I wouldn't be surprised if this got delayed further.

Likewise new editions of the OSG and OPT also delayed:

Truthfully most people will says if you use the current materials and study well, ,you should still be able to pass the latest exam.
