Passed CC Exam - No Official Email from ISC2 and no response inspite of Tickets

Hi All,

Any Help here please

I passed the CC Exam on 19th Apr and got the result from Test Center Pearson Vue.

I have not received any formal email from ISC2 so far. I have sent an email to our member support, however no proper response. I have also reached out via Contact us form.

Is this normal to wait over ISC2 official email for 2 weeks ? Any help is appreciated

Try clicking on the Certification Application: https://www.isc2.org/endorsement

Then, log in and follow the steps.

For the CC, you normally get an email the same day as your exam day.

There have been changes made recently to the website and it may have affected the time-interval or resulted in a glitch.

it is very difficult to get support - when you send via portal / website and send email it does not even copy to your personal email address they hold) or via phone (it just keeps you holding for 30 mins and then cuts you off).

I have still not got my full membership and I passed in Oct last year - received an email earlier this month stating my application got cancelled and need to reapply! 

I am now concerned as you only have 9 months to validate and time is running out.  

After all the time invested in passing the exam and then this experience!

I got through the Certification Pages and paid my ISC2 membership to become an Member as well earned my CC Badge.

Suggestion for our ISC2 to update the CC Exam and Certification pages with the latest updates for passed candidates to use the Certfication Application process to complete.

It would also benefit if an formal email triggers from ISC2 as soon as the Test centers like PearsonVue transmits the results to ISC2

My situation is now resolved.  There was a message on the online endorsement application.  It is the lack of integration with email and portal / inbox that makes it difficult to track progress.
