Free Registration for Certified Cybersecurity Exam cancelled due to site closure

I really do not understand why my exam is cancelled with the following information:

Exam:   CC-Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)-ENU

The exam was free of charge since I completed all the trainings in ICS2 and I had no promo code at that time, the exam was automatically free. But it was cancelled and I got an email from rescheduling. When I try to reschedule it keeps asking for the payment. They replied that I should get a promo code to make the new exam free. But I do not have this promo code basically. What should I do?

Please forward the email you received from Pearson to ExamAdministration@isc2.org and they can review what the cause of the cancellation was, as well as guide you through the process to reschedule a new exam at no charge. As part of our One Million Certified in Cybersecurity pledge, you should still receive your first attempt at the exam for free. 

 

My guess would be that the test center you selected has a closure, although the team can check with Pearson to see if this is temporary or permanent. They can also assist you in finding a new test center for your CC exam.
