Endorsed_CCSP-Horizontal-web.png(ISC)² regularly conducts Job Task Analysis (JTA) studies to review and update the content outline (aka exam blueprint) of its credentialing examinations. A JTA is the methodical process used to determine tasks that are performed by credential holders and knowledge and skills required to perform those tasks successfully. Results of the JTA study link a candidate’s examination score directly to the domain knowledge being tested.

The existing exam blueprint for CCSP will be reviewed in early 2021. In preparation for the upcoming review, we would like to hear from you, our CCSP members, to comment on the new and emerging cloud cybersecurity issues that you feel should be addressed, but may not be covered in the current CCSP Examination Outline. This is your opportunity to shape the content of the CCSP exam.

We would not be able to do this without your help, so (ISC)² thanks you in advance for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with us. This will ensure that the CCSP, and all of our certifications, continues to meet the needs of an ever-evolving cloud security industry.

You can find a copy of the current CCSP Exam Outline here: https://www.isc2.org/-/media/ISC2/Certifications/Exam-Outlines/CCSP-Exam-Outline.ashx

Please review the exam outline and answer the following questions:

  1. Does the current CCSP Exam Outline adequately cover the existing and emerging cloud cybersecurity techniques and threats practitioners are facing in their jobs today?

  1. If not, what sort of topics/content must be added to the Exam Outline so that it reflects the changing face of today’s cloud cybersecurity?

Please send your comments to CCSPJTA@isc2.org by November 15, 2020. Your comments will be compiled and presented to a committee for review. Please limit your comments to a reasonable length.

Thank you for your invaluable insights and support!

All I can say as a recent CCSP test taker (and passer) the questions were not represented in the training materials.

I had 2 questions out of 125 questions on classifying a vendor as strategic??  Well Duh!!

The CCSP should be representative of CLOUD security not general business risks.

Additionally, much of the FedRAMP information is incorrect.
