How long does it take between exam and endorsement note and official note of "CISSP"

great questions.

My endorser had issues with special characters in his response on the web site work flow, neither endorser nor me received reminder that task is still open, so I lost close to 2 months ...

Also, I signed up via email for local Chapter - no response either.

The question on when do we need to start collecting CPE is a great one ...

Not sure, but I was in direct contact with my endorser all the time

Only after you have been officially approved by ISC2, they will not even accept CPE from the same month you were approved.

My status says: "You submitted your application on xxx. Your application is currently with xxx for review.",

but my endorser did not get the request for endorsement - 10 days ago.

Something went wrong - endorser did not get any information at all.

I started the process again from the beginning and now it seems to work.

Thanks for your help - now I have to wait - will be next year in the end, but as

many of you already said: "The hardest barrier has already been taken!"

Finally got my application approved. 

It took 5 weeks after endorsement process.

Hello, 

I'm entering my 4th week since completing the endorsement process.  As others have mentioned, the response said it can take up to 6 weeks so I'm hopeful the official word will arrive soon.

6 weeks between submitting endorsement and receiving official designation. The clock starts after you submit your endorsement application not when you pass the exam. Acclaim Badge appears 2 weeks after receiving official designation.

Following up, mine took 7 weeks exactly from when I completed the endorsement process.  ISC2 support was very helpful in keeping me informed of the status.
