Hello all,
I'm currently a graduate student wishing to enter the cybersecurity field upon graduation. I would like to take the CISSP training, but it is expensive, especially for a student.
Has anyone found a way around the cost barrier to taking this training as a student? For example, were you able to find/use scholarships funds for this, or were you able to convince your supervisor or school to cover the training, or have made a plee to the ISC leadership?
I'd like to take it, but the barriers are too high. I'm worried I will be forced to enter the field without this training. As a young woman, I am concerned about the additional challenges this will create for me in the field.
Thank you for your thoughts
