Peace of Mind

Hi Team,

I got a voucher from a company without peace of mind even though i was ready to pay but request was denied. I tried calling ISC but they said it should be bought when purchase is made. 

Atleast if buy individual you can limit to buy peace of mind for the second attempt. 
what should i do in this case when company is buying it without peace of mind? 

Advise needed.
