I'm confused. Since my work experience did not meet the application conditions of 4 years in February 2023, I chose to become associate member after passing the exam.
Now I meet the work experience requirements to apply for full membership, but when I apply for endorsement, the system returns rejection because it has been more than 9 months since I took the exam.
Is there no online process for converting associate members to members?
