Name changed since I started my job - getting certified

Hi, I want to get endorsed/certified but my documentation is in my unmarried name. I did my exam in my married name as I have changed it since I started those jobs.

Is there going to be a problem supplying documentation in my unmarried name? Does anyone have experience with this?
