Each time I proceed to checkout for my Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) for my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification, I receive the message: “There was an error in your order.” This error appears consistently and prevents me from completing the payment process.
I have already tried the following:
- Retrying the transaction multiple times
- Using a different browser
- Clearing cache and cookies
However, the issue still persists. Does someone have the same experience? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
