Error in the endorsement process for cc certification
Hello. I have provisionally passed the CC exam and received my email to proceed with the endorsement process. Howerver, when I try to apply to the endorsement process I received an error message saying that my account has not been fully provisioned yet and I should contact members support team. I have contacted them and received a reply saying that they will need to merge my accounts because I have more than one( tho i dont remember myself creating more than one). Has someone got around this problem and solved it? should I just wait for the reply saying they have merged my accounts?
