CISSP endorsement issue

Past November 24, 2020, I passed CISSP test. I got my confirmation report at test center and I left online endorsement for 2021.

Imagine my surprise, after completing all endorsement fields, provided relevant documentation to support the endorsement, when I got a warning saying that I should have passed CISSP test within the previous 9 months. I did it 2 months ago.

I contacted ISC2 a week ago but no information on the issue received yet.

 

Anyone else had the same problem?

This is usually to do with mismatched emails used between your ISC2 account and your Pearson account for which you'll need to contact ISC2 Member Services to get this resolved.

 

As always, my advice is to call them and keep calling until you speak with someone.
