CISSP Endorsement Process

Seeking clarification,

For the CISSP certification, I understand that one must possess a minimum of 5 years of exp (4 years with cert/degree) with at least 2 out of 8 domains. Does this mean that the 4-5 years of exp, from at least 2/8 domains, must come from the same job or can that exp be from multiple jobs? In other words, can I use multiple jobs to meet the exp requirement as long as each job has the same claimed domains?

Ex.) Job #1 domains 4&5 for 2 years and job #2 domains 4&5 for 3 years

*I'm assuming yes or else (ISC)2 would not give you the option to add multiple lines under "Job History" on the endorsement form.

My second question is if I chose to use my W-2's as my proof of employment, do I only need to provide one for every year worked? I have an endorser that will vouch for me as well.

*I have been told that (ISC)2 doesn't require proof of employment as long as you have an endorser?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
