Problem registering due to cookie issue

I have been trying to register for
The free CC certificate but having issue when I get to the accepting the cookies I accept all but it just gets stuck on the page won't allow me to go further! Please help! Thank you.

Being the weekend, you may not get an answer until Monday/Tuesday.

As a suggestion:

- before trying again, I would clear my cache (all cookies as well as cached images and files)

- Also, I would try a different browser

Incognito/InPrivate/ mode in one's browser is often an effective way of accomplishing this.
