Unable to schedule exam , payment error !!

Dear (ISC)2 Teal,

I am writing this to raise an issue regarding the payment issue I faced while trying to book CISSP Exam through Peace of Mind Offer.

I tried booking the exam through Peace of Mind Offer and entered my credit card details and completed the payment , however an error popped up saying something went wrong but Money has been deducted . When I try to check the bookings in my profile in ISC2 page there are none.

Already sent a mail to examadministration@isc2.org

Kindly assist on priority as I have to book my exam and this is hindering the process. I have also filled out the form already.

@SuhasS_95 Thank you for reaching out via ISC2 Community. I'm sorry to learn you are having difficulty purchasing your CISSP exam.

Due to our recent systems upgrade, there are lingering technical issues that we are working to resolve. I believe what you are experiencing is caused by these lingering issues.

I see you have a case with us about the error you received. The case is now in the Exam Administration queue. Please know we work cases in the order in which they are received. You will be hearing from one of our Coordinators within one to three days.

If you have created more than one ISC2 account, please let the Exam Administration Coordinator know all of your ISC2 accounts, as these will have to be merged.

I just paid and encountered the same problem.

I reported this issue to customer service at https://my.isc2.org/s/Contact-Us.

but no emails received yet.
