Support Request - Unable to claim CC Badge on Credly

I have encountered a new issue where I am unable to claim the badge on my Credly account.

When I click to claim the badge, it loads the Credly page, but there is no prompt to claim the badge. Instead, there is a message saying “Badge Management has Moved!” When I click on that, there is still no prompt to claim my badge.

I recently used the Query Request Form link on the following web page to request for my badge.

The representative issued my badge the same day.

I have included a screenshot of the form below.

For Subject choose customer service and general inquiries. And for the Topic choose I have a question about member benefits (badges...).

Yes I was able to pay AMF, but now I have an issue claiming the bagde. I submitted a ticket through query form here https://www.isc2.org/contact-us
