Passed CC on April 25, 2025
Waited 1 week for an email based on letter after passing exam, nothing ever received.
Read online I need to submit an endorsement application
Submitted application, Approved on May 1
From Dashboard I am being prompted to pay $50 Annual Maintenance fee
Encountering an error every time I click the pay button (see screenshot)
Tried multiple browsers, multiple PC's, even mobile, same error across the board.
Tried Chat support, always says its closed
Tried calling ISC support phone number, waited on hold for 30 minutes, then call ended with automated apology
I have come to the forum hoping for any kind of support, I would like to formalize my exam completion.

I have the same problem. I raised a case a few days ago but haven't heard back yet. I've been getting the error for at least a week.

I was able to resolve the issue by clearing browser cache.
