Please assist with ISC2.org registration, training.

I have sent some emails, i called the UK number and also the US number. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I registered now with another email address to be able to post on the forums here to try and get some assistance.

I would like to do training on ISC2, but when i log on, it states i must change my password and an email has been sent to my mailbox. However this never arrives. 7 hours and counting. I tried the reset password option as i see some members had success with this route. Also no email arrives.

ISC2 is whitelisted. Nothing is in spam and i have no rules to delete emails.

Please assist.
