Hi All,

This is security experts community, yet the SPAM is tolerated, and is the first thing one notices when joins the community.

Is there any "code of ethics" required, and can someone be blocked from community?

Bottom line - is there Community Moderator?

Hello,

We remove posts from the Community as needed, when they violate the Community Guidelines: https://community.isc2.org/t5/Welcome/ISC-Community-Guidelines/m-p/10#M1

If behavior violating the guidelines persists, yes, we are able to ban users from the Community. I'm one of the moderators, so feel free to message me if you ever see issues.
