I give this tip if you're bored and looking to have some fun with questionable emails.

Recently I received an email about my application for a loan was cleared [I don't have an account with this lender and never applied for a loan], to get more information the email instructed me to click on the "Get Details" button.

Remembering my training on handling questionable emails, I know better than to click the button. So, I didn't. I am aware there's the "hover the mouse over the link" to preview where the button will take you. However, that's boring, so I opted for looking "under the hood."

After checking the email in its "raw" format, I found the destination interesting. Interesting meaning, the link is a bit off but I can't put my finger at what was off about it. So, I requested some help from A.I.

After providing my prompt requesting A.I. examine the given link which led to A.I. providing a complete breakdown of what was suspicious about the link.

I'm saying you should use this method all the time with phishing emails, but I also studying A.I., so to find that it's capable of providing a complete breakdown of the link from a cybersecurity standpoint was interesting and impressive.

Give this a shot if you're interested.

Has anyone else tried using A.I. for a cybersecurity means?
