UK government seeks ISC2 members’ input on cybersecurity for AI

The UK Government's Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT) has an open consultation on cybersecurity risks related to AI and is proactively seeking input from ISC2 members.

DSIT is proposing to create a voluntary Code of Conduct which will set baseline security requirements for all AI technologies.
This Code of Conduct will then be submitted to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) to guide the development of a global standard on the cybersecurity for AI systems and models.
The Code and technical standard will help create a common understanding of security expectations and enable cyber security companies and certification firms to help companies with testing and assuring their products and services.

If it happens then definitely it is going to be win-win game for all cyber security companies and milestone towards Global Standards Development !
My five key takeaways of the proposed Code of Conduct and technical standard for AI cybersecurity are:

Establishes Baseline Security Requirements: The Code of Conduct will set foundational security requirements for AI technologies, ensuring that all AI systems adhere to a minimum standard of cybersecurity practices.
