There are companies like SpyCloud that will do it for you. I think they have a free tool on their website. But I think you have to pay for results.
HaveIBeenPwned is another website you can use to see if your email is in a publicly posted breach. They used to be free, but my charge now.

Monitoring the dark web for potential data leakage is crucial for protecting both personal and company data. In addition to tools like SpyCloud and HaveIBeenPwned, you might consider leveraging dedicated dark web monitoring services that continuously scan forums, marketplaces, and leak sites for compromised credentials or sensitive information.

These services can alert you in real-time if your data surfaces, giving you a chance to take swift action. Platforms like Cyble, for instance, specialize in dark web intelligence, helping organizations mitigate risks before they escalate.

If you prefer a more hands-on approach, setting up custom alerts with keywords or company-specific identifiers can also help track potential threats. Pairing this with an incident response plan ensures you're prepared to act quickly if a breach is detected.

You can use websites like Have I Been Pwned to check if your email or passwords have been leaked. Some security apps like Norton or Google One also offer dark web monitoring. For companies, there are advanced tools like SpyCloud or Recorded Future that scan dark web forums and sites for stolen data. If you find a leak, quickly change your passwords and turn on two-factor authentication
