SIEM as a MSP

Can anyone recommend a MSP that provides SIEM as a service? I am looking for aggregation of syslogs but also compliance for GDPR, HIPPA and SEC is a must. Have a small staff and supplement with a 3rd part SOC.

What is MSP? Also I have not heard of this framework/regulation "SEC" - what is it and is it country specific? What is 3rd part SOC?

MSP - Managed Service Provider

SEC - The United States' Securities and Exchange Commission (e.g. GAAP/SOX/GLBA/HIPAA regulations required to pass an SEC audit)

3rd Part SOC - likely misspelled 3rd Party Security Operations Center

3rd Part SOC? I thought of a SoC 3 Report: http://resource.onlinetech.com/soc-1-soc-2-soc-3-report-comparison/

Though Baechle is likely correct in interpreting as a corruption of 3rd party SoC. Few organizations deal with the SoC 3 report.
