Retaking ISC2 CC using the same account with a different 100% off voucher code?

Hello there guys, I failed my CC exam today and it was and wasn't shocking to me as I'm already Security+ certified and I didn't study my ass of like I did for Security+ so... I just... failed. Nevertheless, Using the same account I tried scheduling the exam again, using a different 100% off voucher code and It doesn't give any error. So is it all good and I can take the exam again? Or will I be questioned by the testing centre as they used my National ID card and Driver's Liscence for my Identity and as well as used my hand print? I'm quite confused and I'd appreciate your response, Thanks for that. FMC4ME

Hi @Rubinajosan54 - be sure your second attempt is at least 30 days after your first attempt. If not, you will be violating the retake policy and that could result in disciplinary action.

As far as I am aware, the retake policy does not make mention of vouchers.

How did you used the 100% discount voucher in same account, as it is showing that the discount has been used 1 time and cannot be used again. Did you used some different kind of voucher?
