Does anyone have a template they can share with me to avoid having to reinvent the wheel?

Make sure any communication leaves the viewer under no illusion just how important the security and privacy of their data is, despite it now being leaked all over the Internet.

Also, make sure it mentions just how incredibly sophisticated the attack was.
