This is nowhere near the first time industry and government has rushed to use a new technology, without slowing down to consider possible unintended consequences, or even considering security problems.

To me the title of the article is somewhat oxymoronic - a 'smart city ' should also be a 'secure city', otherwise can't be called 'smart' ...

Of course we all know,'secure' means 'secure base on due diligence', as there is no 100% security.
