      <description>&lt;P&gt;To me the title of the article is somewhat oxymoronic - a 'smart city ' should also be a 'secure city', otherwise can't be called 'smart' ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course we all know,'secure' means 'secure base on due diligence', as there is no 100% security.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
