Bruce Beam, (ISC)² CIO, reported in a Webinar (at minute 55:00) that they are completely rewriting the CPE Portal, with an expected completion by the end of this year (2019).

Looking forward to seeing it. Lets all keep our fingers crossed that we like our Christmas present.
