I want to attend the in-person pre-congress and in-person congress, I am not a member yet. I want to pay for the membership and in person-pre congress and in-person congress. Could you tell me what steps I have to follow? I want to take advantage of the $2oo discount

Yes, (ISC)² has a few. They include both toll-free and globally-accessible numbers as well as a variety of time-zones. See their contact us page.... https://www.isc2.org/Contact-Us
