My ISC2 login credentials don't work for the security congress. Do I need to create a whole other account for this?

I tried to register tonight at 11:30pm ET (10:30pm CT) and the Early Bird pricing was no longer on the registration site. I had to wait to register to get confirmation from my boss, and he was waiting on a VP approval, so I just got the notice tonight.

Hopefully this can be rectified tomorrow since the Early Bird deadline was supposed to be 11:59pm ET. I also sent an email to congressreg@isc2.org with a screenshot of the time showing that the pricing was no longer available prior to the deadline.

Any assistance you can provide getting this resolved is appreciated.
