    <description>&lt;P&gt;Jim Reavis, Founder, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) started to push his OpenCPE "Centsi" Blockchain idea at today's CSA Summit at Congress 2019. It has come a long way from being just a &lt;A href="https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/blockchain-solution-industry-credentialing-jim-reavis?articleId=6303795238553165825#comments-6303795238553165825&amp;amp;trk=public_profile_article_view" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;LinkedIn blog&lt;/A&gt; post back in August of 2017. His objective is to give people credit for real learning accomplishments. Obviously, there are a lot of moving parts to this, including governance, and acceptance by CPE providers and professional organizations. One immutable blockchain for all learning activities? Sounds interesting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
