Looking for security pros who've had success with diversity programs

I'm looking for security professionals who have had success with diversity programs within their companies. We're looking to interview a few people for a blog we're putting together about diversity in cybersecurity. I have found good response from those persons that have participated in required Diversity Programs. Every person that left our session found that they learned something positive. The Diversity and Inclusion program that I participated in was modeled similar to the one sponsored at Coca-Cola. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to me via this forum.
