    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this is a common thread in the Military domains of most nations now.&amp;nbsp; For example, here in the UK&amp;nbsp;just last week announced a further investment like the USA to keep the uptrend in capability. Trying to stay ahead!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.gov.uk/government/news/uk-steps-up-cyber-defence" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.gov.uk/government/news/uk-steps-up-cyber-defence&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This can only be a good thing, but is there a moral/ethical&amp;nbsp;stance on nation-state&amp;nbsp;threat actors further weaponising&amp;nbsp;cyber?&amp;nbsp;I expect we are going to see a lot more cyberweapons deployed, captured, reversed, modified and then used by other actors such as criminal gangs...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
