Hey,

I think this is a common thread in the Military domains of most nations now. For example, here in the UK just last week announced a further investment like the USA to keep the uptrend in capability. Trying to stay ahead!

This can only be a good thing, but is there a moral/ethical stance on nation-state threat actors further weaponising cyber? I expect we are going to see a lot more cyberweapons deployed, captured, reversed, modified and then used by other actors such as criminal gangs...
