Dear All,

President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen just announced a few minutes ago the new EU InvestAI initiative, aiming to mobilise €200 billion in AI investment to strengthen Europe's leadership in artificial intelligence.

@Kyaw_Myo_Oo A good idea, given USA is threatening Europe to take down the safeguards which is not a good idea at all. Napoleon Bonaparte it appears has returned to the scene. Not good at all.
