Hi All

Shock news! Australian Signals Directorate's Australian Cyber Security Centre (ASD's ACSC) has recommended:

RSA will not be approved for use beyond 2030

SHA-224 and SHA-256 will not be approved for use beyond 2030

HMAC =SHA256 will not be approved for use beyond 2030

DH and ECDH will not be approved for use beyond 2030

ECDSA will not be approved for use beyond 2030

NIST has set the removal for many of these methods in 2035, so Australia may be pushing for the removal of these methods in 2030.

Which means New Zealand Government will align with Australian Government via its NZISM.
