Some interesting publishing by CNN, focusing on potential extra territorial lay enforcement campaigns by the PRC. Similar in some ways to the old concept of cuture jamming combined with some of Scientology’s “Fair Game” doctrine of targeted harassment, not new but pretty significant now it’s being picked up by CNN:

We can see this through a lenses of the IS assassination of Osama Bin Laden in recent memory or going back further Russias Polonium tea attack on Viktor Litvenyenko.

I’d avoid drawing too many public conclusions or even correlations however I would say it looks like things will get worse before they get better.
